Green Coconut Chutney

This mouthwatering chutney can be used as a dip, marinade, or sauce.

Makes about 1 ½ cups

Preparation time: 10 minutes


½ cup fresh or dry grated coconut

2 cloves garlic

2 green chiles

½ cup chopped cilantro leaves

½ cup mint leaves

1 teaspoon lemon juice

4 tablespoons water

¼ teaspoon salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor and grind to a paste. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
